Can Swimming Make Your Ears Ring Can Swimming And Running Make My Legs Look Leaner And My Tummy Smaller?

Can swimming and running make my legs look leaner and my tummy smaller? - can swimming make your ears ring

I am 14 and have really big, muscular legs and belly. I'm short and I find myself looking, stocky, muscular, rather than athletics, even though I am an athlete. Do you have swimming and running my legs are developing smaller or bigger muscles?

Thank you!

Swim Exercise is very good because it uses almost every muscle in the body.

If you are looking to lengthen limbs, I recommend pilates and yoga as part of their routine work. Although they improve technically no longer the legs, your posture and movement so that they can do what its members seem to be stronger.

Keep your cardio training like running, too - with the loss of muscle toning and body fat will also help you appear more and more light.

Hope this helps! Good luck to you. :)

Seeing a way to increase your muscles, to professional athletes: They all have very muscular body.
Swimming is a very good choice because it allows you to stay slim and tone the upper body and legs only slim. I was very thick legs and began to swim Athletic 5 days to get the week from 7 in the form and now are slim and toned, not fat and ugly. You should do Pilates or yoga to stretch muscles and is good for you up to scratch, and the belly:)

goodluck

Yes, make ur really broad shoulder (if siwm or a lot) .. While swimming and the legs have more muscle to move quickly or cause UR UR .. just try walking and sit-ups and stuff .. I do not think that if the muscles can cause a lot XDXDXD good luck!
