Which Design course should i take at Uni? - habitat clock

Currently 16, I hope, a creator of a British High Street Debenhams home next IKEA or product design, such as chairs or extravagantly different clocks and lighting with a look! It seems that product design is very technical and it is for the design of new machinery and equipment. Interior design is similar to the design of the parts, not the products of applied art and I'm not sure. Could someone suggest a way for me to study? Thank you a bunch!
